Annette is the Director and Principal Clinician of Trikilis Counselling & Psychotherapy - Darwin EMDR Clinic & Trauma Centre. Annette is a Registered Clinical Counsellor & Psychotherapist with PACFA, an EMDRAA Accredited Practitioner, and is currently completing her EMDR consultant training.

Annette has over 15 years of clinical experience working with trauma, including in government organisations providing therapy for people who have experienced child and sexual abuse, acting as the team leader at SARC Darwin for 4 years, mental health rehab and school counselling.

Annette believes that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the world in a way which is connected and meaningful. She provides high quality, professional counselling and therapeutic services and has a special interest in EMDR, play therapy and other trauma focused interventions.

Annette offers clinical supervision in a range of areas, with extensive experience in working with trauma.

Neta Henderson

Psychologist, BPsychSc, GradDipPsychAdv, MAPS

Neta is passionate about working with clients to process trauma and distressing events. Neta has undertaken training in a range of modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Schema Therapy (level 1) and Imagery Rescripting. Where helpful, Neta integrates elements of the above therapies into EMDR, which is her main therapeutic modality. 

Neta has completed her basic training in EMDR (level 1 & level 2), is a full member of the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA), and has also completed training in Advanced EMDR Protocols (group treatment and recent events). Neta is currently working towards accreditation as an EMDRAA Accredited Practitioner.

Jodi Smyth

Psychotherapist

Jodi is a Certified Practicing Counsellor/Psychotherapist with PACFA and is also a NDIS registered Behaviour Support Practitioner. She has completed training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Process Oriented Psychology (POP) & Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy. She also has a Graduate Certificate in Indigenous Trauma and Recovery Practice. 
Jodi always aims to support her clients in a way that is meaningful and relevant to each person and their goals. She is deeply passionate about working with people’s strengths and helping them to connect with their own inner wisdom and understandings as part of the therapeutic process. She likes to blend a variety of evidence based therapeutic modalities into her practice and works to assist her clients with developing new skills, strategies and techniques that can aid them in navigating and safely processing the challenges that they are facing.
Jodi has a special interest in trauma-informed interventions and believes that nature is a powerful resource that can be used to assist with healing and nervous system restoration.

Elli Patsouris

Elli is a Certified Practising Counsellor & Psychotherapist with PACFA, and has completed training in Somatic Psychotherapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Elli considers it a privilege to be in a helping role and sees therapeutic work as an opportunity to support individuals to recognise and access their innate wisdom and self-healing capabilities. She has a special interest in transpersonal psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, and energy healing.

Luke Nox

Luke is a psychotherapist who is currently studying the Master of Psychology (Clinical) degree through CDU. Luke has many years of experience working with behaviours of addiction, and associated mental health concerns. He has worked in both rehab and mental health residential settings and overseen the clinical team at a long-established Northern Territory community services organisation.

Luke’s primary interest is psychotherapy across the lifespan, and working across the broad spectrum of trauma from single event, to complex and developmental. Luke is trained in a number of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Schema Therapy. Luke is an Associate Member with the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA).

Luke has lived in the Territory for over twenty years and played an active role in engaging with and supporting the Territory community. He currently lives in the rural area and his main hobby is relaxing.
